Santa Clara University does not manage your Adobe account or Adobe ID and cannot reset passwords, recover lost accounts or delete old accounts.
Your personal Adobe account and Adobe ID are not related to your Santa Clara University account or your Santa Clara University Single Sign-On. Adobe accounts are free and can be created at anytime. Without a personal Adobe account, you will not be able to use any of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and all of the other Adobe programs in our mac Labs.
Due to a change in Adobe’s licensing, effective February 2020, students, faculty and staff who wish to use any of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs in the Learning Commons/Library (Digital Media Lab and public computers) need a personal Adobe account.
